Delete your ShoMo account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open ShoMo and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away.

What is deleted

Your profile, free tickets, golden tickets, saves, watch progress, unlocks, memberships, comments and chats. If you are a creator, your channel, series and videos are deleted too, and any golden tickets you have not cashed out are lost.

What is not cancelled

A ShoMo Pass bought through the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled when you delete your account. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings first, or you may keep being charged.

What we may keep

Copies may remain in provider backups for a limited time before they are overwritten. Records our payment and tax duties require are kept only as long as the law requires.

Cannot open the app?

Email support@shomoapp.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days.
